Automatic chip testing machine is a machine that automatically tests ICs. A tray of ICs is manually placed on two fixed platforms on either side. After pressing the start button, the nozzles on both sides simultaneously pick up ICs from the tray (roll) according to a pre-set quantity and order, then place them into the corresponding test fixtures. The nozzles press down and begin testing. After testing, the nozzles pick up defective ICs and discard them in a defective IC box, while OK ICs are returned to their original positions on the tray. This cycle repeats to test the entire tray (roll) of ICs, and the entire process is automated.
