The double-sided mat bonding machine adopts a dual-station bonding method. The mats are fed by a belt conveyor, flow to the bonding position for fixation, and then automatically photographed by a vision camera. A feeder peels off the mats, and dual suction heads pick them up. The mats are then visually corrected and bonded to the corresponding positions. A flipping mechanism flips the mats to bond the other side, and finally, the product is automatically unloaded.
